Sinopsis

Mereka “mengangkat” kota agar bisa berpindah tempat, mencari sumber daya alam yang dimiliki kota lain: semata-mata untuk menyambung hidup.

Seorang wanita muda yang misterius, Hester Shaw, muncul sebagai satu-satunya yang dapat menghentikan kota predator raksasa yang melahap semua yang berada di jalurnya. Didorong oleh ingatan akan ibunya, Hester bergabung dengan Tom Natsworthy, orang buangan dari London, bersama dengan Anna Fang, seorang penjahat berbahaya dengan hadiah besar jika membunuhnya.
